Where do you ship too? We are currently shipping from Florida and are currently shipping worldwide! For any international orders please contact me for shipping rates. How long does shipping take? Please allow up to three business days for your order to ship, all orders are handcrafted and custom. Packages are sent with USPS First class mail, which takes 2-9 days. Shipping upgrades are available. What is our Return Policy? Due to the custom preparation of each order ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However if there is an issue with the product please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to assist! Missing order? Creations By Jaydian will not be held responsible for missing product after it has shipped. If your package states "Delivered" i will not be responsible for issuing a refund or sending out a replacement. By placing your order you are agreeing to these terms.

Refund Policy

Orders cancellation is only eligible within 2 hours of the order being placed. AFTER 2 hours the order will be processed for shipping Returns are not available for any products. If a product arrives damaged a new one can be send out if proof of damage is provided. If one week had passed and a issue occurs I can no longer replace nor refund your order

Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
